DOUGLAS WAYNE ROULSTON Douglas Wayne Roulston, born December 19, 1952, passed on peacefully in his sleep on Friday, April 13, 2001. There are no words to express the deep sense of personal grief felt by all who loved him at his unexpected death. Doug will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his partner Janet Mor ris; his children, Michael Roulston of Thunder Bay, ON, Jeff and Jenness Roulston of Calgary, AB; his parents, Walter and Ruby Roulston of Abbotsford, BC; his sister Dianne Archer and nephews, Alex and Erik Bainbridge of Pitt Meadows, BC; and extended family members and friends from Ontario to British Columbia. Doug was a gentle and generous spirit who walked a jagged path buffeted by the storms of life. A musician in his heart and soul, his love of music was surpassed only by his love for his family and friends. "Let us move on, and step boldly, though it be into the dark, and we can scarcely see the way. A Higher Intelligence than the mortal sees the road before us. We do not have to strive for good, but only to go forward and possess it. Good awaits us at every step." A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 1:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Home, 984 Portage Ave., with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba at 1031 Portage Ave., Winnipeg.
